SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & 3D PRINTING CRAFTSMANSHIP
We have made every effort to accurately display the colors, dimensions, and specifications of our 3D-printed products on our online store. However, due to screen calibration differences and the unique micro-layered nature of 3D printing, minor visual variations may occur.
All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once payment or Cash on Delivery verification is processed. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our studio. Once an order is handed over to India Post or our courier partners with a generated tracking ID, it cannot be cancelled.
Your purchases are subject to return or replacement solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices posted on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to provide valid, authorized payment details for all purchases made on our store.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are packaged securely and dispatched via India Post Speed Post or premium courier partners. Delivery estimates are typically 2 to 5 business days across India. We provide live tracking for every shipment. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the postal/courier carrier.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, branding, original 3D models, graphics, product photography, text descriptions, and website design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Gear's Labs and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with legal jurisdiction in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
